青森八戸名産の桑茶と青森名産のヒバを合わせた
グラスホッパー。
ヒバは三大杉の一つで別名あすなろ。
ヒノキと比較されていて
「明日はヒノキになろう」＝あすなろ
らしいのですが、ヒノキチオールという香味成分は
ヒノキよりも多いそうな。
さて、次回のメニューでは大分福岡色の強いメニューになる予定です。本日より本格的に試作を開始いたします！！
