「コルセア トリプルスモーク」
スタッグジュニアが無くなったので発注したら異常に値上がりしたとのこと💦
そりゃ流石に上がり過ぎだと思ったので酒屋にお勧めのバーボンを聞くと勧められたのがこれ。
どんなものかと説明を聞くと、聞けば聞くほどバーボンぽくない。
結果、やはりバーボンではなかった。
アメリカンシングルモルトウィスキーである。
モルトの乾燥にピート(泥炭)、桜の木、ブナの木という３つの材料を使用するのが特徴。それをチャーした新樽で熟成。
凄いスモーキーなのかと思ったらそうでもなくフルーティーさと甘みが際立つ。バーボンじゃないけど新樽のせいかバーボンぽさもある。

American single malt whiskey.
It is characterized by using three materials for drying of malt: peat (peat), cherry tree and beech tree. Aging in new casks with char.
It's not like it's ugly smoky, but it's not so fruity and sweet. It's not bourbon but there is bourbon posas because of new barrels.

Se caracteriza por utilizar tres materiales para el secado de la malta: turba (turba), cerezo y haya. Envejecimiento en barricas nuevas con char.
No es como si fuera feo, pero no es tan afrutado y dulce. No es bourbon, pero hay posas de bourbon debido a los nuevos barriles.
