何年か前から南米に目覚め、ピスコをはじめ色々提供してきましたが、では一番当店で売れたものは何かというとこのリングイッサ（ブラジルソーセージ）
記念すべきPart10は鶏肉のソーセージなどを含む案外おとなしめな奴です(笑)
お客様で南米をほとんど回っている方がいて、その方曰く南米で食べた牛肉で一番旨いのはウルグアイと言われていました。ウルグアイの肉は狂牛病以来、日本には輸出されなくなっていたのですが、最近解禁され徐々に日本に入ってきているそうです。食べてみたいものです(^^♪

Hay personas que se encuentran principalmente en América del Sur por clientes, y esa persona dijo que Uruguay es la carne de res más deliciosa que se come en América del Sur. La carne uruguaya no se ha exportado a Japón desde la enfermedad de las vacas locas, pero parece que la carne uruguaya está ingresando gradualmente a Japón y está siendo levantada recientemente.
