生後6ヶ月にしてモテる？べびたん☆

いやいや～、4月半ばから約一ヶ月ほどLukeがずっと咳をしていて、週二回の病院通い　仕事のスケジュール調整が大変だったよ　吸引機で薬を毎日毎晩、繰り返し与えて、ようやく元気になってきた。

Boy oh boy~, Luke was coughing for a month from mid April, so I had to take him doctor twice a week for couple week. It was SO difficult to manage my job and go to doctor. (Many moms might know that pediatric appointment takes a time, it is not quick visit like home doctor appointment.) I had to give medicine to Luke by using breathing machine day & night... He is finally got over with this coughing!

ところで、べびたんを平日預けているデイケアの家の次女Joseyちゃん。　Lukeがデイケアにお世話になり始めた生後3ヶ月頃から、べびたんのことが大のお気に入り　週末になると、"ルーキー（Lukie、このスペルでいいのかな？）に会いたい”とか言っているそうな。　スペル違うけど、Rookie(初心者という意味）ともゴロが似てるね。　えっ　もしやJoseyちゃん、恋しちゃってるのかなあ？　べびたんも、生後6ヶ月にしてモテるとは、さすが旦那の子。（これは私似ではないらしい）

By the way, this pretty girl is my babysitter's younger daughter Josey. She really likes Luke ever since he started attending daycare. My babysitter said she asks about "Lukie" (sound like "Rookie") on every weekend. What!? Are you in love, Josey-chan? Oh wow, Luke is definitelly got my husband's blood. (I was too naive about boys when I was teenager. On the other hand, my husband already had girlfriend when he was in high school.)

食事中もカメラ目線

今日もせっせと離乳食作り～と行きたいところなんだけど、やっぱり働いているとそんな時間もなくて、市販の離乳食を与えている。　あまり好き嫌いしないし、よく食べてくれているよ。　ただ、体重がどういうわけかここ数週間16lb(7.2kgくらい）のまんま。　医者にべびたんをつれていくたびに、もっと食べさせろって言われるんだけど、べびたんが食べたいだけ食べさせてるのに、これ以上どーしろって言うんだろ、、、。　何もかもが標準通りに行くわけないのに。

I want to make baby food, but I do not really have time for it by working full time, so I've been feeding the one my parents sent to me or the one purchased at store. So far Luke is eating good. He is not that picky about food. However, he does not gain wait for 2-3weeks(He weighs 16lbs). Every time I take him to doctor, doctor say to me to feed him more. I am feeding to Luke as much as he wants to eat, so what can I do? Not every baby grows like average.

さてさて、ジジ（Nikkiの父）に”態度でかっ”と言わしめたのは、多分この写真と見た。　”足を乗っけるでない、足を！”

Anyhow, granpa (Nikki's dad) said "what a attidude" to one of the picture that I have been sharing pictures to picture share website. I am pretty sure he is talking about this picture. "Do not put your feet there!"

べびたん、ご飯がポロポロと口からこぼれてますがな。　とういか、この子はとは何かわかっているんじゃなかろうか。　を向けるとほぼ確実にカメラ目線になってくれるので、写真を撮りやすいんだけど。　

Hey dude, you are dropping your food from your mouth... He might know about camera? Almost every time I take picture of him, he really looks at camera. Yeah it is good so I can easily take his picture.

離乳食デビュー☆

べびたん、生後6ヶ月と6日の今日5月11日、ついに離乳食デビューしたよ　私はどうなるものか、と半分期待と半分不安で望んだ初離乳食。　ちなみに、では、ライスシリアルを一番に与えることが多いらしく、私も医者からの薦めもあって、ライスシリアルを与えることに。　さてさて。。。

Luke is finally started eating baby food. This is what I am waited for (waited with anxious and excited). In America, common food to feed to baby first is rice cereal. My doctor recommended me to feed it as well, so I decided to feed it to him today. Then...

Nikki "べびたん、あーん”

べびたん　”あーん、もぐもぐ、、、。　？？？？"

Nikki: "Luke, say ahh"

Luke: "ahh muble, mumble,,,??? "
