VIRGINIA BEACH - Pierre Gebara Sr., 77, of Frazier Lane, went to be with his Lord Thursday, Sept. 2, 2010 in his home. Born in Haiti, he is survived by his loving wife tiffany jewellery of 36 years, Marie Denise Gebara; seven children, Jean-Claude Gebara, Mireille Gebara Lemaire, Michelle Gebara, Catherine Gebara Johnson, Stanley Gebara, Steve Gebara and Tania Gebara; 27 grandchildren; 17 great-grandchildren; his brother, Jacques Gebara; and numerous nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives and friends.

The family will receive relatives and friends at Hollomon-Brown Funeral Home, Kempsville Chapel, Friday, Sept. 10, from 6 to 9 p.m. The funeral will be held at watches-f 11 a.m. Saturday, Sept. 11, in the funeral home chapel.

POLICE are appealing for information about the whereabouts of a man missing from home since Thursday.

Officers say Antoni Walker's wife is concerned for the safety of her husband, who was last seen at their home in Nottingham Road, Spondon.

They say his Basketball Shoes disappearance is out of character. Mr Walker, 49, is 6ft and of heavy build. He has short grey hair and tattoos on his arms, chest and back. He was wearing a dark grey T-shirt, jeans and black Brass Pendant shoes.

It is understood he was seen in Burton on Friday, but a spokeswoman said inquiries in Derbyshire and Staffordshire had failed to find him. Anyone with information should call police on 0345 123 3333.
