ある日、アーニャは文房具を買い足そうとコンビニ店へ向かった。
店の外には短冊を付けた笹竹がある。店内に入ったアーニャは、欲しい商品をカゴに入れて精算した。レジの近くに店名入りの短冊があるので、それを数枚取るとイートインのテーブルで願い事を書いた。書き終えたら外の笹竹に付けて帰宅した。
家に帰ったアーニャは買った文房具を鞄に入れてからティータイムにした。日が暮れると晩ごはん食べて寝た。
梅雨前線の上で輝く星のようになる日を夢見るアーニャであった。
One day, Anya went to a convenience store to buy some more stationery.
Outside the store there was a bamboo pole with strips of paper attached to it. Anya went inside and put the items she wanted in her basket to pay for them. Near the register there were strips of paper with the store's name on them, so she took a few and wrote her wish on them at a table in the eat-in area. When she was done writing, she attached them to the bamboo pole outside and headed home.
When Anya got home, she put the stationery she bought in her bag and had tea. As the sun went down, she had dinner and went to bed.
Anya dreamed of the day when she would be like a shining star above the rainy season front.
Un jour, Anya est allée dans un dépanneur pour acheter d'autres articles de papeterie.
Il y a un bambou en bambou auquel sont attachées des bandes de papier à l'extérieur du magasin. Anya est entrée dans le magasin, a mis les articles qu'elle voulait dans son panier et a payé la facture. Il y avait des bandes de papier avec le nom du magasin près de la caisse, alors j'ai pris quelques bandes de papier et j'ai écrit mes souhaits à la table du restaurant. Quand j'ai fini d'écrire, je l'ai attaché au bambou à l'extérieur et je suis rentré chez moi.
Anya rentra chez elle et mit le papier à lettres qu'elle avait acheté dans son sac avant de prendre le thé. Quand le soleil s'est couché, j'ai dîné et je me suis couché.
Anya rêve du jour où elle deviendra comme une étoile brillante au-dessus du front de la saison des pluies.
