非イスラム教徒の女性を強姦してイスラム教徒を産ませて非イスラム教徒のDNAを根絶させるという内容に吐き気がしたアーニャは動画を最後まで見終わると口直しにティータイムにした。日が暮れると、イスラム教徒による性犯罪を放送するテレビを見ながら晩ごはん食べて寝た。
４０歳差婚が普通な一夫多妻社会を仕切る男の時代錯誤な発言に、同じ星の人とは思えない民族がいることを改めて知るアーニャであった。
One day, Anya was watching videos online. She came across one featuring an elderly man in a turban delivering a speech and decided to give it a look.
The content—advocating the rape of non-Muslim women to produce Muslim offspring and thereby eradicate non-Muslim DNA—made her feel nauseous; once the video ended, she had some tea to cleanse her palate. As evening fell, she ate dinner while watching a TV program about sex crimes committed by Muslims, then went to bed.
Listening to the anachronistic remarks of a man who presided over a polygamous society where marriages with forty-year age gaps were the norm, Anya was once again struck by the realization that there were people on this planet who seemed to belong to a completely different world.
Un jour, Anya regardait une vidéo. Elle y vit un homme âgé, coiffé d'un turban, prononcer un discours, et décida de continuer à la regarder.
Le contenu de la vidéo – le viol de femmes non musulmanes pour les féconder et engendrer des enfants musulmans, dans le but d'éradiquer l'ADN non musulman – la révulsa. Après avoir regardé la vidéo jusqu'au bout, elle prit une pause thé pour se remettre de ses émotions. Le soir venu, elle dîna en regardant des reportages télévisés sur les crimes sexuels commis par des musulmans, puis elle alla se coucher.
Les propos anachroniques de cet homme, qui dirigeait une société polygame où les mariages avec quarante ans d'écart étaient monnaie courante, rappelèrent à Anya qu'il existait des gens d'un autre monde que celui qu'elle avait imaginé.
