ネイティブなら通常は

と言います。
-based を使うなら、
- team-based game
- turn-based game
- story-based game
のように、
「～を基盤とした」
という意味で使うことが多いです。
two-player based はあまり一般的ではありません。

普通は

と言います。
この会話では、Not only ... but ... の倒置がポイントです。
Not only are they designed for two players, but they're pretty easy to learn.
通常の語順なら
They are not only designed for two players, but they're also pretty easy to learn.
ですが、
Not only を文頭に置くと、
Not only are they...
のように are が主語 they の前に出る倒置になります。
これは英語でよく使われる強調表現です。
例えば、
- Not only is she kind, but she's also very patient.
彼女は親切なだけでなく、とても辛抱強い。 - Not only did he apologize, but he also fixed the problem.
彼は謝罪しただけでなく、問題も解決した。
この形は会話でもプレゼンでもよく使われるので、Not only + 助動詞・be動詞 + 主語 という語順をセットで覚えておくと便利です。

これは英語としてはかなり不自然です。
ネイティブなら、
Of the three, ...
と言う可能性が非常に高いです。
つまり、
Of the three, I would honestly say...
「3つの中なら、正直言って…」
という意味になります。
音声では
of the three
/əvðəθriː/
が、
非常に速く
「アヴダスリー」
のように聞こえるため、
of the most
と聞き取ってしまうことがあります。
「three は言っていない」という前提では、
- more so（音・意味ともに一番可能性あり）
- the one I like/recommend most の言いかけ
- mostly
- at most（意味的にはほぼない）
の順で考えます。
ただし、"Uh, the most, I'd honestly say..." という完成した表現は、やはり英語としてはかなり考えにくいです。
- Of the three, this is my favorite.（最も自然）
- Out of the three, this is my favorite.（こちらも非常によく使う）
- Among the three, this is my favorite.（文法的には正しいが、会話ではやや少なめ）
特に of the three は、「3つのうちどれ？」という質問への返答として非常に自然な言い方です。
したがって、この会話の流れなら、
Okay. And among these three, which one would you recommend the most?
Uh, of the three, I would honestly say this one right here is probably my favorite.
というやり取りが最も自然です。

• board game /ˈbɔːrd ɡeɪm/ ボードゲーム
• honestly /ˈɑːnɪstli/ 正直に言うと
• work out /wɜːrk aʊt/ うまくいく、結果的に良い状態になる
• check ... out /tʃɛk ... aʊt/ ～を見てみる、試してみる、チェックする
• Sounds good. /saʊndz ɡʊd/ いいですね、それでいいと思います
She doesn't even like...
even は弱く発音されるため、
She doesn't like...
だけに聞こえることがあります。
しかし even が入ることで、
「～さえ好きではない」
という強調になります。
works out
発音は
/wɜːrksaʊt/
となり、
works と out がつながって
「ワークサウト」
のように聞こえます。
非常によく使う句動詞です。
例：
- Everything worked out.
（すべてうまくいった。） - It'll work out.
（何とかなるよ。） - Things worked out well.
（物事は順調に進んだ。）
check that one out
これは会話で非常によく使われる表現です。
意味は
- 見てみる
- 試してみる
- 調べてみる
文脈によって変わります。
今回なら、
「そのゲームを試してみます」
という意味です。
work out と check out
work out は「運動する」という意味が有名ですが、それ以外にも非常によく使われる意味があります。
- Everything worked out.（すべてうまくいった。）
- I hope it works out.（うまくいくといいね。）
- It worked out better than I expected.（思っていた以上にうまくいった。）
今回の
I think it works out okay.
は、
「（初心者やボードゲーム好きでない人でも）意外とうまくいくと思いますよ。」
というニュアンスです。
check out は「見る」よりも少し積極的で、
「興味を持って見てみる・試してみる・確認してみる」
という意味になります。
例えば、
- Check out this restaurant.（このレストランに行ってみて。）
- Check out their website.（彼らのウェブサイトを見てみて。）
- I'll check it out.（見てみます／調べてみます。）
日常会話で非常によく使われる便利な表現です。

How do we play?
初心者向けゲーム説明では定番の表現です。
- How do we play?

- How do you play this game?
はいずれもよく使われます。
15 points worth of currency
ここは構造が少し分かりにくいところです。
worth of が 15 points を後ろから説明しています。
つまり、
15 points' worth of currency
（15ポイント相当の通貨）
という意味です。
口語では points' の所有格（'）は発音されないので、
15 points worth of...
という形でよく言われます。
例：
- ten dollars' worth of food
（10ドル分の食べ物） - twenty yen's worth of candy
（20円分のお菓子）
pretty much
非常によく使われる会話表現です。
意味は
- ほぼ
- だいたい
- 要するに
文脈によって少し変わります。
今回なら
That's pretty much the basics of the game.
「それがゲームの基本ルールです。」
「細かいルールはまだあるけれど、まずはそこだけ分かれば十分」というニュアンスがあります。
I got it.
会話では
I got it.
だけでも
「分かった。」
という意味になります。
今回の
I think I got it.
は、
「たぶん理解できました。」
という少し控えめな言い方です。
worth of の使い方
例えば、
- $20 worth of gas（20ドル分のガソリン）
- three hours' worth of work（3時間分の仕事）
- a week's worth of groceries（1週間分の食料）
のように、「～相当の」「～分の」という意味で非常によく使われます。
That's pretty much the basics of the game.
は、ゲーム説明だけでなく、
- That's pretty much everything.
（だいたいそれで全部です。） - That's pretty much all you need to know.
（知っておくべきことは、だいたいそれで全部です。）
のように、説明を締めくくる便利な表現として日常会話でもよく使われます。
