Good. Firstly your current employer being a Japanese corporation, well, presumably offer you steady promotion, stable lifetime employment. What's behind your drive for a fresh challenge at UCS?
Um.. with the Japanese tradition of lifetime employment dying out, I feel that I need to build more focused skillset. I mean I'm late 20s now. And I think if I settle down in my current company, my carrier will hit a deadend. All this time the market remains dynamic, the richer getting righer, and there're more stared restaurants in Tokyo than ever before. I want to join the company willing to capitalize on this growth.

The job descriptions states that you need someone has good experience in oversea's infrustracture projects. In my current job, I've been heavily involved in projects in Asia including shipping malls and airports. So I'm confident I'll be able to step into this world quickly.

Whereabouts did you grow up?
Well, actually in Yamanashi Japan. I went to New Zealand for an year on a working holiday visa. So maybe that helped.
Yamanashi and Newzyland. Quite a viticultural background. Perhaps you are destined to work for the wine business.
