このAI時代に、身体はほぼ左右対象なのに、昔ながらの、片側の横からだけの横磨きで満遍なく均等に磨けるはずとおもっているのが不思議である。

今までの常識的な方法で、左右均一に、口腔内のプラークのバイオフィルムをうまく破壊出来ているのか、世界人類が考え直すべきだ。

まずは模型上で俯瞰的に見る事ができるようにして、今までの伝統的歯ブラシ法は歯茎を擦って傷つけている事と、化粧ブラシ法を教えます。

そして、奥歯と前歯を分けて考えてもらいます。

鼻の前にグリップを持って奥歯の歯茎と歯面を後から前に直線に左右上下撫でてもらいます。

前歯は犬歯の後に鼻の前グリップから始まり、顔側に倒して鼻の真横グリップにいっきに持ってきて、右左とも上下3本×2=6本づつを撫でてもらう単純方式を教えます。

グリップの位置は鼻の前と鼻の真横しかなく、その間の中間位置にグリップがあると、歯と歯の間に対して斜めの角度から入る事になり、何処か歯間歯肉に当たってないところが出てくる事も教えます。

最終的には、下記のやり方を教えていきます。

①Dr.K.Ando歯肉出血検査法で歯肉状態を調べ、出血している歯肉の状態を見てもらう。

③Dr.K.Ando歯肉化粧ブラシ法理論・仮説説明後、それでも出血止まらない原因を一緒に探していく。

『Tell➡︎Show➡︎Do、ゴルフのレッスンプロのように、合理的・数学的・科学的に指導し、歯肉出血を止めていき、電子カルテに指導した事をコメントで記録するか、コメントノ-トを各患者カルテに入れて、ワンポイント指導をシステム化し、誰が見ても状態がわかるようにする。』

1、出血が止まるまで、歯肉化粧ブラシ法のみで、他のブラシや歯磨き粉を同時に使用しないようにさせる。

2、歯ブラシの毛先を直角に立たせるように柄後部を持ち上げる。

3、下顎は舌側部歯肉縁が頬側歯肉縁より低く、上顎は高いので上顎下顎ともに歯美ingを少し内側に倒して使用する事。

4、10分以上歯美ingをする。

約9分歯肉水平タップ、硬い歯の面は約1分。

洗面所でやらず、リビングでTVみながらや、お風呂の中でやる。

毛先を水洗いして窓際で、毛先を窓側に向けて歯美ing立てて、太陽光滅菌。

5、歯列が約台形している事を認識してもらい、歯美ing柄の方向を歯列にあわせる。

鏡見て磨くと方向感覚がなくなるので、手を鼻の真ん中（左側奥を磨いている時は歯美ingグリップの手は鼻真ん中の右より、右側奥を磨いている時は歯美ingグリップの手は鼻真ん中より左より）から始まり、犬歯で手を鼻の横ぐらい手前に引きつける手の動き方を指導をする。

犬歯で一気に回るように方向転換する事。

つまり、手のグリップの位置は奥歯は鼻の前の鼻左右半分位置と前歯は鼻真横の左右の4ヶ所しかない事を理解してもらう。

グリップの手の位置が上記4カ所以外の中途半端な所にある時は血が止まらない。

6、上奥歯等頬骨にあたってしまうので、噛みながら使用。

上顎も下顎も奥歯は噛ませながら使用させた方が安定して使える方も多い。

7、前歯は幅が小さいので思いっきり強くタップ叩く。

8、両サイドウィング歯肉に当てるためには、こねくり回さないで、なるべく水平のみのタップをさせる。

こねくり回していると、案外、歯周歯肉縁プラ-クのバイオフィルム上半分に当たっている回数が少なくなり、納豆みたいなネバネバした透明なバイオフィルムに穴をあける事が難しくなる事を指導する。

9、慣れてきたら、1本1本の個性、ラングイ歯列とか、最後の歯の奥面とか、頬側根や舌側根が長く伸びているとかで、1本1本歯肉付近をいろいろな角度から入れて、毛先で触ったり、タップしたり、左右に回転したりしてできるように指導する。

歯間や下顎根分岐病変は押し込むようにタップ。

根のみや萌出途中の歯は歯肉縁含み、上から毛先でタップ。

一番奥歯奥側や上顎根分岐病変や孤立歯は回転とタップを組み合わせる。

逆に、押込みすぎて、歯肉縁にあたってない場合もあるので確認する事。

10、毛先が広がりすぎたら、適度なお湯に入れると少し戻る事を教える。

11、矯正装置が付いている口腔内プラ-クコントロールにも最適な事や、舌背磨きもV字型形状なので出来る事を指導する。

12、出血が完全に止まっても、数ヶ月後の定期検査にすぐ戻すのでなく、一度1ヶ月後にチェックして、歯ブラシ法の後戻りで出血始めてないか確認する事。

13、介護あるいは身体的に歯ブラシを動かすのが難しい方には、Dr.K.Ando顔回転歯肉化粧ブラシ法で、歯美ingを固定し、ゆっくり顔を水平に左右真横まで動かしてバィオフィルム（Biofilm ）を破壊してもらう。

1. Do not use other brushes and toothpaste simultaneously with Dr. K. Ando's makeup brushing until bleeding stops.

2. Lift the back of the handle so that the bristles of the toothbrush stand at right angles.

3. In the lower jaw, the lingual gingival margin is lower than the buccal gingival margin, whereas it is higher in the upper jaw. Therefore, please use Dr. K. Ando's original toothbrush by tilting it slightly inward.

4. Dr. K. Ando's original toothbrush should be used for more than 10 minutes a day. Approximately 9 minutes of gingival tapping and 1 minute of hard tooth surface stroking. The brushing should not be performed in the washroom but in the living room while watching television or taking a bath. Wash the tip of the toothbrush in water and sterilize the brush with sunlight by placing it toward the window.

5. Have them recognize the position of the hand movement with the toothbrush handle.

Both the upper and lower teeth are almost trapezoidal.

Dr. K. Ando's original toothbrushes are made to sandwich the teeth; therefore, the tooth tips must be at right angles to the dentition.

The position of the hand holding the toothbrush handle when brushing the back teeth is approximately front of the nose.

The position of the hand holding the toothbrush handle when brushing the front teeth is approximately right or left of the nose.

The position of the hand in front of the nose when brushing the back teeth moves to the left and right sides of the nose when brushing the front teeth.

The movement changes direction so that it rotates at the canine teeth both up, down, left, and right.

Bleeding does not stop when the grip is in a halfway position other than the four positions stated above.

6. Use the brush while chewing as it will touch the cheekbones, such as the upper back teeth.

There are many people who can use the upper and lower jaws while chewing with their back teeth.

7. The front teeth are so narrow that you can tap hard.

8. To apply the brush to both the side wing gums, avoid twisting and tapping as much as possible horizontally.

If the toothbrush is moved not only horizontally but also up and down to brush the teeth, the frequency of touching the biofilm wrapping the plaque of the periodontal pocket edge decreases.

9. Once you get used to it, you will be able to recognize the individuality of each one, such as the incorrect dentition, and identify where the back of the last tooth, the buccal root and the lingual root are extending long around the individual gingiva. Instruct them to insert the brush from a different angle, touch with the tip of the toothbrush, tap, or rotate left and right. Tap between the teeth and mandibular root bifurcation lesion to push in. Only the roots and erupting teeth include gingival margins and tap with bristles from above. The combination of rotation and tap is used for the most posterior, posterior maxillary bifurcation and isolated teeth. Never scrub the gingival margins with a brush.

10. If the tip of the toothbrush is too wide, place it in a moderate amount of hot water and let it return a little.

11. This brush is most suitable for oral plaque control with a correction device and that the tongue back polish can be done because it is V shaped.

12. Even if the bleeding has completely stopped, do not return immediately to the regular examination a few months later, but check once a month to check if the bleeding has started after the switching of the toothbrush method.
