本日は、最新版の日本海軍伝声管(受話口と送話口）を
ご紹介いたします。
こちらはアメリカ在住 Gary Nila様からオーダーいただきました。
当時と同じ素材（アルミ金属）で製作いたしました。
Hello.
Today we would like to introduce you to the latest version of the IJN Gosport (Ear Tube and Voice Talker).
This one was ordered by Gary Nila, who lives in the USA.
We manufactured it in the same material (aluminium metal) as at that time.

伝声管
ニ座以上の機内での飛行中の搭乗員相好の通話は伝声管を使用する。シンプルで確実な通話手段として広く使われた。（機体の振動を拾わないように機体取付固定部にはスポンジゴムの防震材が使用されている）。管はゴム製で、編み糸により保護されている。アルミ製ジョイントで確実に連結させる機構である。（このジョイント部分の構造は今だわかりません？）
Gosport
The crew member-to-crew communication during the flight in a two-seater or larger aircraft is done through a gosport. It was widely used as a simple and reliable means of communication.
(Sponge rubber vibration isolators were used at the fuselage attachment points so as not to pick up vibrations from the fuselage.) The tube is made of rubber and protected by braided thread. An aluminum joint is used to securely connect the tubes. (I still don't know the structure of this joint.)
1受話口（Ear Tube）
飛行帽の耳部に装着する。
アルミ缶とゴム管に編み布被覆、茶色(濃縁という説もあり）
アルミ板の円周に穴を開け、兎毛(茶系）を縫い付け。
耳部の密着度に適す。

ウサギの毛は完全に除去されています。
少しウサギの毛が残っていますが、このように金属にウサギの毛を縫い付けたような感じです。
Rabbit Fur has been completely removed.
A little rabbit hair remains, but it looks like rabbit hair was sewn onto the metal in this way.
2送話口（Voice Talker）
通常は首にかけて、口元にぶら下げています。
白いゴム質とアルミ金属をジグザグに縫い付け。
革の当ては紐の長さを調節できるようになっています。
この白いゴム質に穴が二つ空いています。
なかには三つ四つ空いているものもあります。
この穴の理由はわかりません？

当時、伝声管を使用していた飛行帽をご紹介いたします。
こちらは昭和15年5月制定の飛行帽です。前期型飛行帽の次に生産されました。この飛行帽は主に装備品（伝声管やレシーバー）が装着しやすいように作られています。夏用と冬用があります。耳部は伝声管の円周と合っています。
次は前期型飛行帽での装着です。
まとめ
伝声管は複座機の搭乗員が使用しました。
前期型飛行帽と昭和15年制定飛行帽に多く使用されていました。
後期型飛行帽は末期に多く使用され、単座戦闘機にレシーバー装着して主に使用されました。もちろんゴスポートも使えるが、当時の写真ではあまり見かけないが、天山（B6M）や彩雲（C6N）のクルーが使っている写真がある。
Summary.
Gosport was used by crews of double-seaters.
They were mostly used in early type flight helmets（Type1） and in flight helmets established in 1940.
Late type flight helmets（Type2） were used more often in the last stage of the war and were mainly used on single-seat fighters with receivers attached.
Of course, Gosport can also be used, but you don't see it very often in photos from that time, but there are photos of the crews of Tenzan (B6M) and Saiun (C6N) using it.
