Final episode!

Issue①

Issue➁

1 week after the random stand-up comedy tickets offerred by Mom friend A, I kept thinking about her and the other issue. I finally ended up being snappy at home (Sorryネガティブ)

I expained to my daughter (9 years old lol) for the first time, who's been said to be a super old soul by two psychics, why I was snappy.

After hearing all about these events and my feelings,

Daughter: "For Issue 1, you don't have to feel pressued to like the person."

Me: "...oh?"

(You are right! There's no need to like him! ポーン

Daughter: "For Issue 2, I think you just can say 'No thank you'."

Me: "...oh?"

(Again you are right! I just can casually say 'No' without feeling angry or sorry! ポーン

I got these eye-opening answers and realized that somehow I had been possessed by the belief that I should try to conform to social norms even when the answers can be this simple.

I recalled that I recently watched a Bashar's video where he said,

There are a magic 2-word mantra, and that is...

"SO WHAT?"ニヤニヤ

While it's a phrase to retort when someone says something that you don't want to hear, it can also be used to silence self-blaming thoughts that ego creates within you.

I had been blaming myself for not getting along with the coworker and not forgiving the mom friend.

So, I learned a lesson from these two events.

=====================================

There are beliefs that sound absolutely right. (In this case, things like stop being immature, just forget about it)

And there are times that we don't even realize we're wearing the glasses of beliefs. Since we don't know ideas are coming from these "briefs" (not from ourselves), we end up suffering as we listen to those ideas and try to sqeeze ourselves into them. (In this case, well, I'll leave it to the universe the time to comes to forgive. There's nothing I can do right now.)

I heard the following words when I visited a sacred tree that I pay a weekly visit in the nearby woods:

"It is a good realization.

Beliefs are the anchors that connect humans to the third dimension.

When you remove those anchors one by one, you become lighter, and both the spirit and body will transform to be aligned to higher dimensions."

This is a forest near my neighborhood, inhabited by dragons and spirits.

Oh! It makes sense!!乙女のトキメキ

Thank you for reading all 3 episodes! (End)
