雇用契約書
本契約は、以下の条件に基づき、[会社名]（以下「甲」）と[従業員名]（以下「乙」）の間で締結される。
第1条（雇用の条件）
甲は乙を[職種]として雇用し、乙は甲に対して業務を遂行する義務を負う。
乙は甲の指示に従い、業務を誠実に遂行しなければならない（Bona fide: 誠実義務）。
第2条（労働時間）
労働時間は、午前9時から午後5時までとする。ただし、甲が必要と認めた場合、これに変更を加えることができる。
第3条（給与）
甲は乙に対して、月額[給与金額]円を支払う。給与は毎月末日に支払われる。
第4条（休暇）
乙は、年間10日の有給休暇を取得する権利を有する。
第5条（守秘義務）
乙は、甲の業務上知り得た機密情報を第三者に漏らしてはならない。
乙の守秘義務は、退職後も有効である。
第6条（Bona fide 誠実義務）
甲および乙は、契約履行において誠実に行動しなければならない。
乙は、甲の利益を損なう行為を避け、甲の指示に誠意を持って従う義務を負う。
第7条（契約の解除）
甲および乙のいずれも、30日前の書面による通知により、本契約を解除することができる。
第8条（その他）
本契約に定めのない事項については、日本の法律に従う。
