機械リース契約書
（以下「本契約」といいます）は、以下の当事者間で締結されました。

第1条（契約の目的）
甲は、別紙機械リストに記載された機械（以下「リース物件」といいます）を乙にリースし、乙はこれを借り受けることに同意します。
第2条（リース期間）
リース期間は○年○月○日から○年○月○日までとします。リース期間満了時に、乙はリース物件を甲に返還する義務を負います。
第3条（リース料の支払い）
乙は、リース期間中、月額○○円を甲に支払うものとします。支払いは毎月○日までに行うものとします。
第4条（善管注意義務）
乙は、リース物件を使用するにあたり、善良なる管理者の注意をもってこれを管理・使用する義務を負います。リース物件の保管および使用は適切に行い、損害を防止するよう努めるものとします。
第5条（付保険）
乙は、リース物件に対して、保険会社との間で十分な保険契約を締結し、リース期間中これを継続する義務を負います。保険契約にかかる費用は乙が負担するものとします。
第6条（保証金）
乙は、本契約締結時に、保証金として○○円を甲に預け入れるものとします。この保証金は、リース期間中の乙の債務履行を担保するものとします。
第7条（保証金の精算）
リース期間満了時、甲は乙に対して、リース物件の返還後、保証金から未払いのリース料、損害賠償額、その他乙の負担すべき債務を控除した残額を返還します。控除されるものがない場合、保証金は全額返還されます。
第8条（契約の解除）
乙がリース料の支払いを怠った場合、または善管注意義務を怠った場合、甲は本契約を即時解除することができます。
第9条（その他）
本契約に定めのない事項については、甲乙協議の上、別途定めるものとします。
以上、本契約の証として、本契約書を2通作成し、甲乙双方署名の上、各1通を保持します。

This Equipment Lease Agreement ("Agreement") is made and entered into on [Date], by and between:

Article 1 (Purpose of Agreement)
Lessor agrees to lease the equipment specified in the attached Equipment List ("Leased Equipment") to Lessee, and Lessee agrees to lease the equipment under the terms and conditions of this Agreement.
Article 2 (Lease Period)
The lease period shall commence on [Start Date] and end on [End Date]. Upon the expiration of the lease period, Lessee is obligated to return the Leased Equipment to Lessor.
Article 3 (Lease Payments)
Lessee shall pay a monthly lease fee of [Amount] to Lessor. Payments shall be made by the [Day] of each month during the lease period.
Article 4 (Duty of Care)
Lessee shall use and maintain the Leased Equipment with due care, exercising the duty of a good manager. Lessee shall take all necessary precautions to protect the equipment from damage.
Article 5 (Insurance)
Lessee shall obtain and maintain, at Lessee's expense, insurance coverage for the Leased Equipment in an amount sufficient to cover any loss or damage for the duration of the lease period.
Article 6 (Security Deposit)
Lessee shall pay a security deposit of [Amount] to Lessor upon the execution of this Agreement. The security deposit shall serve as security for the performance of Lessee's obligations under this Agreement.
Article 7 (Settlement of Security Deposit)
Upon the expiration of the lease period, Lessor shall return the security deposit to Lessee after deducting any unpaid lease fees, damages, or other obligations incurred by Lessee. If no deductions are necessary, the full deposit shall be returned.
Article 8 (Termination of Agreement)
Lessor may terminate this Agreement immediately if Lessee fails to make lease payments or neglects the duty of care for the Leased Equipment.
Article 9 (Miscellaneous)
Any matters not stipulated in this Agreement shall be determined by mutual consultation between the parties.
