（以下、「本契約」という。）
契約当事者：

甲および乙（以下「両当事者」）は、本契約を締結し、以下の条項に基づき取引を行うことを合意する。
第1条（目的）
甲は乙に対して＿＿＿＿＿（以下「目的物」という。）を販売し、乙はこれを購入するものとする。
第2条（目的物の販売供給数）
甲は乙に対して、毎月＿＿＿個の目的物を販売・供給するものとし、その数量の増減は両当事者の協議により決定する。
第3条（引渡方法）
- 甲は、目的物を乙に対して指定する場所において、指定された日時に引き渡すものとする。
- 引渡しに関わる費用は、両当事者間で別途協議するものとする。
第4条（検品）
- 乙は、目的物の受領後＿＿日以内に、検品を行うものとし、目的物に欠陥がある場合、乙は甲に対して＿＿日以内に通知する。
- 欠陥が確認された場合、甲は、乙の選択に基づき、目的物を修理または交換するものとする。
第5条（契約の解除）
甲または乙は、相手方が本契約の重大な義務に違反した場合、相手方に通知することにより、本契約を解除することができる。
第6条（その他）
その他の詳細事項については、両当事者が協議の上決定する。
英文取引基本契約書
Master Sales Agreement
This Master Sales Agreement (the "Agreement") is entered into as of [Date], by and between:
- [Party A], a company organized and existing under the laws of Japan, with its principal place of business at [Address of Party A] ("Party A");
- [Party B], a company organized and existing under the laws of [Country], with its principal place of business at [Address of Party B] ("Party B").
Both parties agree as follows:
1. Purpose
Party A agrees to sell and supply [Product Name] ("Products") to Party B, and Party B agrees to purchase the Products in accordance with the terms and conditions set forth in this Agreement.
2. Quantity of Products
Party A agrees to supply [Quantity] units of Products to Party B per month. Any changes to the supply quantity shall be mutually agreed upon by both parties.
3. Delivery Method
- Party A shall deliver the Products to Party B at the location designated by Party B on the specified delivery date.
- Delivery costs shall be borne by the parties as mutually agreed upon in separate agreements.
4. Inspection
- Party B shall inspect the Products within [X] days of receipt and notify Party A of any defects within [Y] days.
- If defects are found, Party A shall either repair or replace the Products at Party B's discretion.
5. Termination
Either party may terminate this Agreement upon providing notice to the other party in the event of a material breach of the terms of this Agreement by the other party.

Any other terms and conditions not expressly stated in this Agreement shall be determined through mutual discussions between both parties.
