第5条（守秘義務）

第6条（不可抗力）
天災、戦争、ストライキ、法律の変更などの不可抗力によるイベント中止については、甲および乙は互いに責任を負わないものとする。
第7条（準拠法および裁判管轄）

Music Event Performance Agreement
