Article 1 (Purpose)
This Contract sets forth the terms and conditions regarding the delivery and inspection of [product/service] ordered by Party A from Party B.
Article 2 (Delivery)
Party B shall deliver [product/service] to the specified location by [delivery date], and Party A shall receive the delivery.
Article 3 (Inspection)
1. Party A shall conduct an inspection of the delivered product within [number of days] days after its arrival.
