第１条 当事者

第２条 マネージメント業務
Article 2: Management Duties
甲は、乙に対し、以下のマネージメント業務を提供します。
Party A shall provide the following management services to Party B:

乙の芸能活動を管理し、代理すること。 Manage and represent Party B's entertainment activities.

乙のスケジュール管理を行うこと。 Manage Party B's schedule.

乙の広報活動を行い、そのプロモーションを推進すること。 Conduct publicity activities for Party B and promote their promotion.

乙の出演や契約に関する交渉を行い、契約書を取り交わすこと。 Negotiate Party B's appearances and contracts, and execute contracts.

その他、乙の芸能活動に関連するサポートを提供すること。 Provide other support related to Party B's entertainment activities.
第３条 専属契約期間
Article 3: Term of Exclusive Contract
この契約は、以下の期間有効とします。
This contract shall be effective for the following period:

第４条 報酬

本契約に関する一切の紛争については、当事者間の協議によって解決するものとします。
Any disputes arising from this contract shall be resolved through consultation between the parties.
第７条 契約の解除
Article 7: Termination of Contract
甲又は乙は、何らの理由により、書面で３０日前までに相手方に通知することにより、本契約を解除することができるものとします。
Either Party A or Party B may terminate this contract by providing written notice to the other party at least 30 days in advance for any reason.
第８条 準拠法及び管轄裁判所
Article 8: Governing Law and Jurisdiction
本契約は、（法律の適用法）に準拠し、（管轄裁判所）を第一審の専属的合意管轄裁判所とします。
