【Draft】TV Commercial Appearance Agreement

This Agreement ("Agreement") is made effective as of [date], between [Company Name] ("Producer"), and [Actor's Name] ("Actor").

Services: Actor agrees to render his/her services as an actor in connection with the production of a television commercial ("Commercial") to be filmed in Southeast Asia.
Compensation: In consideration for Actor's services, Producer agrees to pay Actor a total sum of [amount] ("Compensation"). Compensation shall be payable in accordance with the payment schedule outlined in Schedule A attached hereto.
Term: The term of this Agreement shall commence on [start date] and continue until completion of all necessary services by Actor, including but not limited to, filming and post-production, as determined by Producer.
Location: Actor agrees to travel to and perform in Southeast Asia for the purpose of filming the Commercial. Travel arrangements, including flights, accommodations, and transportation, will be provided and arranged by Producer.
Scheduling: Actor agrees to be available for filming on dates specified by Producer. Any changes to the filming schedule must be mutually agreed upon in writing by both parties.
Usage Rights: Actor grants Producer the exclusive right to use, reproduce, distribute, and display Actor's name, likeness, voice, and performance in connection with the Commercial, in any and all media, including but not limited to television, internet, and social media platforms, worldwide and in perpetuity.
Social Media Posting: Actor agrees to make a minimum of [number] social media posts promoting the Commercial on Actor's personal social media accounts. These posts shall be made in accordance with guidelines provided by Producer and shall include designated hashtags and/or mentions as specified by Producer.
Confidentiality: Actor agrees to keep confidential all information, including but not limited to script details, filming locations, and any other proprietary information disclosed by Producer during the term of this Agreement.
Indemnification: Actor agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Producer from and against any and all claims, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising out of or in connection with Actor's breach of any representation, warranty, or obligation under this Agreement.
Governing Law: This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of [jurisdiction].
