Television Commercial Performance Agreement

This Television Commercial Performance Agreement ("Agreement") is entered into on [Date], by and between:

[Company Name], a company organized and existing under the laws of [Country], having its registered office at [Address] (hereinafter referred to as the "Company"),

and

[Actor/Actress Name], an individual residing at [Address] (hereinafter referred to as the "Artist").

WHEREAS, the Company desires to engage the services of the Artist to appear in a television commercial ("TV CM") to be aired in the United Arab Emirates (UAE), and the Artist is willing to provide such services on the terms and conditions set forth herein.

NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of the mutual covenants and agreements contained herein, the parties agree as follows:

  1. Services: The Artist shall perform the services as an actor/actress in the Company's TV CM.

  2. Compensation: In consideration for the Artist's services, the Company agrees to pay the Artist a total fee of [Amount in Words (e.g., Five Thousand United States Dollars (USD 5,000))], payable in [Specify Payment Terms].

  3. Usage Rights: The Company shall have the exclusive right to use the Artist's performance in the TV CM for promotional purposes in the UAE for a period of [Specify Duration] from the date of first airing.

  4. Representations and Warranties: a. Artist's Representations: The Artist represents and warrants that he/she has the full right, power, and authority to enter into this Agreement and to grant the rights herein granted. b. Company's Representations: The Company represents and warrants that it has the right and authority to use the Artist's performance as set forth herein.

  5. Governing Law: This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates.

  6. Entire Agreement: This Agreement constitutes the entire understanding between the parties with respect to the subject matter hereof and supersedes all prior agreements, written or oral, between the parties.
