[Contract Template] Television Program Appearance Agreement

 

 

This Television Program Appearance Agreement ("Agreement") is made and entered into as of [Date], by and between:

[Name of Production Company/Producer] ("Producer"), having its principal place of business at [Address], and

[Name of Talent/Artist] ("Talent"), residing at [Address].

  1. Engagement Producer hereby engages Talent, and Talent hereby agrees to appear as a guest on the television program titled "[Name of TV Program]" (the "Program").

  2. Services Talent shall provide services to Producer consisting of appearing on the Program on the following date(s) and time(s): [Specify Dates and Times]. Talent agrees to perform the services to the best of their ability and in accordance with the directions of Producer.

  3. Compensation In consideration for Talent's services, Producer agrees to pay Talent the sum of [Amount in Currency] per episode, payable within [Specify Payment Terms].

  4. Expenses Producer shall be responsible for all expenses incurred in connection with Talent's appearance on the Program, including but not limited to travel, accommodation, and meals.

  5. Rights Talent hereby grants to Producer the right to record, reproduce, broadcast, and otherwise use Talent's name, likeness, voice, and performance in connection with the Program in perpetuity and throughout the world.

  6. Confidentiality Talent agrees to keep confidential all information disclosed to Talent by Producer or obtained by Talent in connection with Talent's appearance on the Program.

  7. Termination Either party may terminate this Agreement upon written notice to the other party in the event of a material breach by the other party that remains uncured for a period of [Specify Timeframe] after written notice thereof.

  8. Governing Law This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of [Specify Jurisdiction].

  9. Entire Agreement This Agreement constitutes the entire understanding between the parties with respect to the subject matter hereof and supersedes all prior agreements and understandings, whether written or oral, relating to such subject matter.
