Amazing! Everything is going so fast here.
Even people talk faster here I think.
サイコーよ。すべてが早くすぎてくのね、ここでは。
人も速くしゃべるみたい。
Can be true. Did you enjoy talking with the french guy?

Yes, though I could understand very few words he said.

What about the guy with big tattoo?
あの大きなタトゥのある彼はどうだった？
I liked him a lot, but he seemed lost interest in me.
すごく気にいったんだけど、むこうは興味なくしたみたい。
Maybe because he is gay.
きっとゲイだからよ。

え、まさか、ほんと？そう見えなかったわ。
Maybe not, but it's always possible here.
違うかも。でもいつだってそれはありえるわ。

それからあのウォールストリート関係の2人。
Oh, how were they? I thought I could join you guys.
ああ、どうだったの彼ら？私も仲間に入れてもらおうと思ったけど。
They looked a bit too slick, didn't they?
ちょっとすれた感じじゃなかった？
Well they didn't look born yesterday for sure. What's wrong?
まあ、生まれたばかりの赤ん坊に見えなかったのは確かね。それがどうしたの？
I kind of felt uncomfortable with their attitude.
なんか彼らの態度に落ち着かない気分だったわ。
Come on, Jane, they are city boys.
ちょっと～あの人たちは都会の人よ
I noticed one of them wore a ring, too.
1人は指輪してるのも見たわ。
Of course they can be married.
It's unnatural if they weren't
in spite of making money and good looking.
もちろん結婚ぐらいしてるでしょ
じゃなきゃ不自然よ。お金もあってルクスも良くて。

じゃあ気にしないの？
No, actually that's the point.

We should enjoy excitement and thrill here.
みんな興奮とスリルを味わうべきでしょ。
Should we? I feel a bit scared sometimes.
そうかしら？ときどきちょっと怖くなるわ。
Oh, nonsense, Jane. You just be careful to desease!
ナンセンスよ、ジェーン。ビョーキだけ気をつけてればいいの。
Kathy! You wouldn't, you don't... sleep with more than one?
キャシィったら。まさか、あなた1人以上とやったりしてないでしょ？
Yes. I might as well have fun as other guys.
するわよ。アタシだって他の男同様楽しませてもらうわ。
Are you happy like that?
Don't you wanna meet someone special?
それでいいの？誰か特別な人に会いたくないの？
I do, but I also want thrills in my life. I feel so alive.
会いたいわよ。でもスリルな人生も欲しいの。生きてるって感じ。
Well, Kathy, that's the difference between us.
I think I enjoy quieter and more peaceful time than thrills.
そう、キャシィ、そこが私たちの違う点ね。
私は静かで平和の方がスリルよりいいのよ。
You mean beans and bacon in peace
rather than cakes and ales in fear?
じゃあマメとベイコンを平和に食べる方が
ケーキやビールを怖がりながら食べるよりいいってことね。

I'll go home tomorrow.
