「清風カット」はブラック校則？名門校で一部の生徒が“人権救済申し立て”…学校側の対応は大阪市にある私立の男子校・清風（せいふう）高校が校則で定めた髪型、「清風（せいふう）カット」。
今、この髪形をめぐり論争が起きている。生徒手帳には「清風カット」について、「必ず裾と耳もと全体を刈り上げしなければならない」と細かく定義されている。
これに対し、一部の生徒たちが「髪形のルールがあり得ない」と声を上げた。申し立てに対して、学校側は「十分な対応を心がけていくが、校則は学園の特色。一部の生徒の声で変えるわけにはいかない」としている。

21世紀になって世界における日本の経済的地位がどんどん落ちていくのに、この有様。日本では「自由権」という基本的人権され守られていない。どんな服を着るのかも、どんな髪型をするのも自由のはず。だから、「人権救済申し立て」をするのは当たり前。
清風高校は京都大学に２０名ほどの合格者を出す難関高校だ。賢い子は弾圧や人権侵害に敏感だから当たり前の成り行き。日本社会は「制服当たり前」「髪型規制当たり前」「部活強制当たり前」といった雁字搦めの校則が横行している国。今時、こんな中世のような人権を踏みにじる国は中国、ロシア、北朝鮮といった独裁国家だけだよ。
