My name is Junichi Nito, Immigration Lawyer in Japan.
Do you know how to start business in Japan for a foreigner living in his/her own country?
Many foreigners think that first, they come to Japan by "Temporary Visitor" visa, then change to"Invester/Business Manager" visa.
But If they try this way, they might fail disappointedly. Because they don't have enough documents to submit for changing.

Indeed, first he/she comes to Japan by "Tenporary Visitor" visa. But next, he/she should contract for a office and staffs over two persons and establish a company.
Finally, he/she does the procedure to get a "Invester/Business Manager".
Then he/she comes back to their country.
If he/she can get this visa, they come to Japan again by this new visa. So they can start their business smoothly.
