星月夜Hoshizukiyo〜金木犀の寒氷kangori

月のない星明りだけの夜空を星月夜と言うそうです。空気の澄んだ秋の空は明るく美しい星空が広がります。そういえば今、火星が地球に近づいている様です。星屑のように散りゆく金木犀の香りに囲まれながら星空を眺めてみようかな？

シロップ煮した金木犀の花とオレンジピールを散りばめた干菓子作ってみたら、星空の様になりました。優しい風味は様々な飲み物に良く合います。

In autumn when the air is clear, the night sky with only starry lights without the moon is called the "Hoshizukiyo(Starry Night)".  Mars seems to be approaching Earth now. Let's look at the stars for a while, surrounded by the scent of fragrant olive.

I made Japanese dried sweets using olive's flowers and orange peel…just like starry night.

The flavors of fragrant olive's flower and orange peel match well with various drinks.
