We had a cooking class at Ninomiya-House yesterday.
The menu was......
☆Inari-zushi (Sushi rice in a pouch of deep-fried tofu)
☆Kinpira-gobo
Gobo is burdocuk root and often used in Japanese cooking,
smells a little like earth but enjoyable flavor, rich in dietary fiber.
Kinpira-gobo (stir fryed burdock root seasoned with suger and soy sauce)is a
traditional dish cooked at home.
☆Sumashi-jiru
(Clear Soup with egg and chiken)
Since the cooking table wasn't big enough for 18 people to cook together,
I feel sorry that everyone might not have enjoyed trying.
we hope everyone could feel warm atmosphere of Japanese kitchen.
