追記：
DVD Flick forums によるとDVD Flick 1.3.0.5には mkv の一時ファイル mkvtemp からのエンコードが失敗するバグがあるらしく
DVD Flick 1.3.0.6 が近く出そうなのでしばらく様子見たほうがいいようです。
