【新・悪韓論】理解不能な低俗抗議が横行する韓国、
平気で汚物をブチまける民度とは…。

しばしば「人糞」が小道具として登場することは、韓国の抗議行動、要求運動の特徴かもしれない。かなり昔から行われていたとみられる。
人糞入りペットボトルの投げ込み事件がソウルの日本大使館であったことは紹介したが、近代政治史で最初に出てくるのは１９６６年９月に起きた金斗漢（キム・ドゥハン）事件だ。
サムスン財閥によるサッカリン密輸事件で世が騒然とするなか、野党議員、金斗漢氏はアルミ缶を持って国会の演壇に立つや、事件との関与を疑われていた国務総理らが座る閣僚席をめがけてアルミ缶の中に詰めてきた人糞をぶちまけたのだ。
これにより内閣は総辞職し、サムスン財閥の創業者はひとたび「経済界からの引退と、密輸した企業（韓国肥料）の国家への献納」を表明した。
政治絡みの人糞事件はその後なくなったと思っていたら、２０１０年１１月、６０歳代の男が盧武鉉（ノ・ムヒョン）元大統領の墓に、人糞１０リットルをかけて器物損壊罪・死体汚辱の現行犯で逮捕される事件があった。
これで小道具としての人糞が見直されたのかもしれない。
１１年には米国産牛肉の自由化に反対する男が、商店の牛肉用ショーウインドーに人糞をかける事件があった。すぐに、米韓ＦＴＡに反対する男が国会前に人糞をまいた。
悪韓、いや圧巻は昨年４月、全州（チョンジュ）市役所玄関で起きた「脱糞ショー」だ。全州市営バス労働組が市役所前でデモをしていたときだ。「組合員のＫ氏（５５）が集団の中から突然飛び出し…仲間が見守るなか、Ｋ氏は玄関前でズボンを下ろして座り込んだ。…玄関横にいた警察官１人が駆け寄ってＫ氏を立たせようとすると、Ｋ氏は『大便よりも汚い市庁のヤツら』などと叫び、警察官の手を振り払いながら一瞬にして用を足した」（朝鮮日報１２年４月２５日）というのだ。
労組員による「脱糞抗議」は、実はこれが初めてではなかった。この記事の末尾に、同年１月にソウルでもあったことが伝えられていた。
「豊山ホールディングス・ビルでは、整理解雇に対する抗議集会を行っていた民主労総傘下金属労働組合ＰＳＭＣ支部の一部組合員が、ビルのガラスに人糞を塗りつけた。デモ参加者の１人が２階ロビーの正門横で用を足し、その大便を出入り口などに投げつけたほか、周辺のガラスに塗りつけた」
こういう行動は伝染するのだろうか。テコンドーの国技館に当たる国技院の理事長選挙に「市民団体代表という２人が押しかけてゴミをばらまき汚物が入った水おけを投げ…」（中央日報１３年６月４日）。
「民度」という言葉が自然に頭に浮かんでくる。

이제 소품으로서의 인분이 검토되었을지도 모른다.
