The temptation for sweet was extremely high today, but I managed to distract my attention somehow.
《What I ate today》
○Soybean milk with the powder of kinako, almond, sesami and aojiru as usual.
○Kakipee(柿ピー)twice in the morning and the evening.
○Nuts with high cacao chocolate after dinner
and actually I ate one bite of chocolate that my parents-in-low gave me as the gift of valentainday.
《The effect I felt for now》
My face skin became a bit somooth more than before, but not so much than I expected.
That's all.
I kept the challenge of control what I eat for 9 days for now.
It was something important for me to overcome my bad habit to eat a lot of snack after my classroom day.
I'd love to continue this challenge for a while.
By the way, I got up around 4 A.M. and after that I've kept working, so that I'm really sleey now.
It seems better to take a quick bath and go to bed earlier.
