Please tell me how to deal with my frustration of everything that I've faced with right now.
I've already know the solution as the knowledge that I gained from books and youtube videos.
However, no matter how hard I tried, I could never change the others.
So, I've tried to focus on my own tasks that should be done but sometimes I've lost my way to move on.
The situation especially my original occupation is getting better and I've felt some good effects that's because of the efforts I made.
I know all of you don't know what I'm saying because I don't know what I try to mention on this blog.
It's OK. I accepted this confusion by myself.

Oh, I don't mention about the challenge of control of snack.
It's perfectry OK but sometimes I was almost beaten my temptation to eat somthing bad due to my stress.
I could overcome it somehow.
