I finished reading this book yesetrday.
It didn't take much time for me to read the entire book because I skipped many parts pf this which seemed no relations for me such as to stop smoking or drinking alcohole.
I gave up such bad habits a long time ago, I've never smoked in my life, though.
It was very helpful to learn about the importance of taking a nap in the day time and preparation for good sleep at night.
However, I would not reduce my sleeping time from now soon because these days
my daughters are so sensitive to notice my absence in the bedroom that they tend to get up easily to look for me in the living room even in the midnight, which made my morning routine to study for myself messed up unfortunately.
So, I'll try to secure the sleeping time for 7 hours at night and keep continueing good habits for good sleep.
By the way, I gave it a shot to expand my custamers of my cram school by calling some elementary schools directly with little hope, but actually they accepted my offer with quick response.
There might be a lot of things that seem difficullt to make an achieve but actually go well easily.
The only things to be required of this would be the courage not to fear of rejection from others.
