submitted by the Ministry of Industry, Trade and Resources

There were 156 strategic goods produced and illegally exported
by Korean domestic traders without government approval.
The number of attacks in 2015 was 14 cases,

Last May, Korean-made centrifugal separators,

were illegally exported to Russia, Indonesia, and other countries.
Zirconium, which will be used for the reactor core in October 2005,
will be used as a raw material for China and for biological
and chemical weapons (BC weapons)
"Diisopropylamine" has been exported to Malaysia etc.
"Diisopropylamine" is also the material of the nerve agent "VX" used
by North Korean authorities to assassinate Kim Jong-nam
at Kuala Lumpur International Airport in Malaysia.
In September 2015 and in March of last year,
BC weapons manufacturing-related goods were illegally exported to Syria,
which is said to be trading arms with North Korea.
Illegal exports of strategic goods were the largest among 70 BC weapons.
There were 53 conventional weapons, 29 nuclear weapons related,
2 missile weapons and 1 chemical weapon.
In Korea, when exporting strategic goods,
it is stipulated to receive government approval under the Foreign Trade Act.
