Recently, one of the incidents that shocked the society i
n Korea was the accident of Laos Xepian-Xe Nam Noy Dam.

said that President Duttel 's regime had damaged national interests

The Korean public development assistance project has already lost the trust
of the international community due to the accident of Laos dam.
It must not be repeated to force the suffering of residents
of other countries developed by taxes issued
