今日はデブ解消のために朝からテニスに行きました。
テニスに行ってもあれだけくどいものやハイカロリーなもの、アルコールの摂取を行なっていると全く痩せません。
しかし、ここでテニスを辞めると絶対に更に太ります。
やはり、食事制限をしてもっと運動の量を増やさなければなりませんね。
わかっちゃいるけど辞められない（スーダラ節のようですね）。
今日はこちらのブログでとっても登場頻度が高いイタリアンの「オステリア イルソリト（osteria iL SOLiTO）」さんにて昼食をとりました。

今日のランチメニューです（しかし、ポルチーニがあるそうなのでそちらをお勧めされましたのでパスタはポルチーニにしました）。
とりあえず何も無いので（この後飲みはありますが）、白ワインです。
前菜はニシンマリネのサラダ仕立てです。
自家製パンです。
ポルチーニです。
パスタはポルチーニのタリオリーニです。
パスタに合わせて赤ワインを貰いました。
食後の飲み物はアイスコーヒーにしました。
