島バナナを腐らせないように冷凍してたら冷凍のバナナのが好きになっちゃったよ!^^;しかもなんと冷凍にした方がポリフェノールが増加し、余分な活性酸素を取り除いてくれるらしー!(;゜0゜)
I used to put island banana in a freezer just for keeping them fresh. But I actually prefer frozen one better now!
Frozen banana has more poly phenol and helps removing wasting active oxygen!

玄米とワカメの味噌汁が免疫力にいいっていうから、五穀米に、チゲ鍋を作ってみた~。
大好きなえのきにねぎ、豆腐、油揚げ、キムチ入り。厚揚げはごま油で風味よく(*^^*)
夜は再び送別会で外食なり(._.)

I heard brown rice and seaweed miso soup are good combination for having immune strength. So I made 5 grain rice and gimchi nabe with them. There was somebody who has got sick around me lately...^^;
My favorite enoki mushroom, spring onion,tofu, fried tofu,gimchi in it. I put sesame oil for thick fried tofu to smell better.

Going out for dinner cuz of another farewell party tonight again...
