Tokyo Sight Seeing Taxi in English (TSiE) Stands on Human Resources

 

The Tokyo Higher Taxi Associations established TSTiE in 2015 with the goal of securing 300 people needed for the upcoming Tokyo Olympic and Paralympic in 2020.

Though the Interpreter Guides Professional Law was revised together with the fact that we didn’t receive guide’s examinations, our taxi crews are capable of guiding the customers. We are able to serve them with amicable fee.

 For the sake of quality assurance, the excellent customer service is said to achieved after the taxi crews undergone various qualification testings’ that includes; Laws Governing Driving Qualifications (tru Tokyo Taxi Center Test) , Tokyo City Guide Test and Tokyo Tourists Taxi Driver Certified Training, Tokyo Metropolitan Area Limited Interpreting Guide Professional Exam. These tests are necessary but I want to simplify this system a little more. I believe that it would be better if foreigners will work in the hi-tech industry of Japan.

 Of course I’m aware that there are few foreigners that possess the needed qualifications. But, on the other side, we could pioneer some changes that could put an impact on the current Japanese Immigration Policy, be it on legal aspects and various examinations required.

I would like to develop the necessary exemptions in the given examinations and some implementations of Tokyo Center exams in foreign language etc…

If it passed in Tokyo, it will be possible to end up with advantages that will help improve the situation in Japan.

 

 

 Understanding Skill Training System

Nowadays in Japan, in relation to employment qualification of foreign human resources from over 16 various fields, possibility to work is high once the candidate undergone training/ had an experience for over 20 years.

That idea was recognize to further assist Japan’s manufacturing technology influencing the developing countries per se. Recently, those that are include in service type industries like caregivers and those that works manually become the recipient of this “skills training “.

Taxi service considered to be an advance service industry is also the subject of this “skill training”. Though this “skill training” has maximum 5 years employment limitation, it might grows to Hi-taku Hakito that eventually will become highly specialized human resources, then, what will  happen to Japanese society at the end?..

Uncontrolled, undisciplined immigrants might bring unnecessary circumstances along with domestic workers and Japanese society though in some way around it offers advantages. Then, there must be recognized balance in every aspect of the labor situation in the country.

The Required Taxi Industry Intervention

However, the adaptation of this hi-tech type of work through skill trainings, it is deem necessary that the industry showcases improved political and administrative approaches.

Considering the industry situation, if there will be no demand from its side then there’s any need for adapting the skill training system.

General Association Overseas Hi Tak Human Resource Employment Promotion Association have high numbers of talented English speaking  people that do make investigations and researches to understand the mechanism. They do try to study how could they implement some procedures in the Philippines as one of their targets in “skill training” . I would like to function as a mediation management organization but it’s not easy per se because the mechanism has not implemented yet.

 

I think there will more trial and error to face along the way but definitely, I want to get engage in the promotion of human resource overseas necessary for Japan’s local employment sustainability as well as for taxi supports stability. (Written November 20, 2017)
