私の小さなオフィスも六本木にありますが、
確かに夜は日本とは思えない風景ですね
公用語も英語？という感じです。

Roppongi is one of Tokyo’s most eminent downtown areas. With numerous foreign embassies and companies, as well as many Western residences, it has one of the highest numbers of foreigners in Japan.
After the war, the number of foreigners increased in Roppongi because an American military barracks was built nearby.
Restaurants and nightclubs for foreigners increased, and it was famous as a town where foreigners, together with Japanese entertainers and young people—coined "Roppongi-zoku"—hung out to enjoy the nightlife.
With Roppongi Hills and Tokyo Midtown being built here, Roppongi continues to develop as a town with two different faces. During the day it is a business district and at night it becomes an entertainment district.
In recent years, due to wealthy people called "Hills-zoku" living in and setting up offices in Roppongi Hills, Roppongi is becoming a new kind of fashion hub.

六本木は、東京を代表する繁華街の一つ。外国の 大使館や企業、欧米人の住宅が多く集まり、日本 でも有数の外国人の多い街です。
六本木に外国人が増えたのは、戦後、近くにアメリ カ軍のキャンプができてからです。外国人向けのレストランやナイトクラブなどが増 え、外国人とともに、日本の芸能人や、「六本木族」 と呼ばれる若者など、遊び人たちが集まる街とし て有名でした。六本木ヒルズや東京ミッドタウンができた現在の 六本木は、昼間はビジネス街、夜は歓楽街という、 2つの異なる表情をもつ街として発展を続けてい ます。近年は、六本木ヒルズにオフィスを構えたり住ん だりする裕福な「ヒルズ族」によって、六本木は新 たな流行の発信地になっています。
