大相撲九月場所の中日 (なかび: 相撲場所の8日目で真ん中の日) にあたる本日 (令和3年 [2021年] 9月19日 [日曜日]) は、新序出世披露 (しんじょしゅっせひろう: 新しく番付に載る力士を紹介する儀式) が行われました。
Today (Sunday, September 19, Reiwa 3 [2021]), the eighth and middle day of the ozumo September basho (大相撲九月場所中日), the shinjo shusse hiro ceremony (新序出世披露: the ceremony to introduce new rikishi whose names are listed in the rikishi ranks for the first time) for the July basho was held.
本日土俵上でお披露目された出世力士の名前、出身地、所属相撲部屋は以下の通りです。
The following are the names, home prefectures, and sumo stables of the new rikishi who appeared on the dohyo today.
浦崎 (うらさき) (三重県、立浪 [たつなみ] 部屋)

In addition, the following are the names, home prefectures, and sumo stables of the saisyusse rikishi (再出世力士: rikishi who were removed from the rikishi ranks for such reasons as poor performance but managed to be back in the ranks) of this September basho. (Saisyusse rikishi do not appear on the dohyo for an introduction ceremony.)

最後に、土俵上の行司さんが以下の言葉を述べました。
「これに控えおります力士儀 (りきしぎ) にござります。只今までは番付外 (ばんづけがい) に取らせおきましたるところ、当場所儀 (とうばしょぎ) に成績優秀につき、本日より番付面に差し加え (さしくわえ) おきまする間 (あいだ)、以後相変わらずご贔屓 (ひいき)、お引き立てのほど、ひとえに願い上げ奉ります (ねがいあげたてまつります)。」
At the end of the ceremony, the gyoji (行司: referee) who was in the dohyo made the following remarks.
"Those sitting in front are the new rikishi. They were outside the rikishi ranks until now, but they are added to the ranks today because they performed well in this basho. We sincerely and fervently ask you to encourage and support them in their sumo career."
若者が角界 (かくかい: 相撲の世界) に入ってくるのを見るのはいつも嬉しいです。新力士の今後の健闘を期待します。
It is always nice to see young men enter the world of sumo. I hope the new rikishi will try hard and do well.
