国連事務総長の潘基文氏が、９月３日に北京で開かれた「抗日戦争と世界反ファシズム勝利７０周年記念」と銘打った軍事パレードに出席したとき、私は「日本人の『国連信仰』を打破するきっかけになる」と、彼の行動を高く評価しました。
