伝統芸能の夕べ An Evening of Traditional Arts

今日は、重要無形文化財総合指定保持者の認定を受けているお二人、観世流能楽師の勝海登氏と、能楽師一噌流笛方の一噌幸弘の共演を観てから、実際にお二人にお会いして食事することができました。
Today I was able to watch a performance by two UNESCO Intangible World Heritage Noh Artists, Noboru Katsumi (Kanze-ryu Noh performer) and Yukihiro Isso (Isso-ryu Noh flutist), after which I met them in person and had dinner with them.

大変素晴らしい舞台でしたが、能は私にとって最も理解しにくい伝統芸能の一つです。もっと勉強しなければなりません。
It was a wonderful performance, but I have to admit that Noh is one of the hardest traditional Japanese performing arts for me to understand. I need to study more about it.
