秋も大分深まってまいりました。
自称・ウィンタースポーツブログのはずが、最近ちっともそっちの事を書いてない。
そろそろシーズンインだし、そちらの事も書かないと・・・と思いつつも、
またまた音楽ネタです・・・。
秋になると聞きたくなる曲はたくさんありまして、とても紹介できる数ではないのですが、
少しずつ、勝手に分類しながらブログ化していきたいと思います。
ポップスの名曲も色々ありますが、そんな中から、秋に聴きたくなる曲調のものを３曲選んでみました。
それぞれ、ＣＭで使われたり、カバー曲があったりと、多分誰でも知っている超有名曲ばかりです。
まずは、ギルバート・オサリヴァンの「アローン・アゲイン」。
あまり、歌詞について深く突っ込んで考える事が無かったんですが、調べてみると、これが結構暗い曲。
結婚式の日に花嫁に逃げられた男が、
「少したってもこの憂鬱な気分が晴れなかったら、塔の上から飛び降りてやる」
なんて事を歌っているのです・・・(◎_◎;)
自身の半生を振り返り、父と母が亡くなった事なども回想しながら、
「また一人になってしまった、当然のように・・・」と歌います。
まあ、僕は花嫁に逃げられた訳ではなく、塔から身を投げ出したりはしませんが、
後半の半分位は今年の自分と重なるところもある？曲です・・・。

２曲目は、二ルソンの「ウィズアウト・ユー」。これまた名曲中の名曲。
某グループや女性シンガーもカバーした事がありますが、
それは大きな過ちだったと言わざるを得ないくらい、この曲は誰がなんと言おうと、二ルソンのもの。
ただ、二ルソン自体が原曲ではなく、バッドフィンガーというビートルズの弟分的なグループが
歌ったものを見事に昇華して、自分のものにしてしまいました。
オリジナルを超えて、カバー曲が「名曲」として語り継がれる・・・。
ちょっと違うかも知れませんが、尾崎紀世彦の「また逢う日まで」もオリジナルではなく、
元々はズーニーブーというグループの「ひとりの悲しみ」という曲だった、というケースとよく似ています。
（バッドフィンガーもズーニーブーもちゃんと自分たちのヒット曲もあります。念のため。）
いずれにしても、分かる人だけお付き合い下さい的な古い話。

これまたリバイバルの回数半端ないほど良く聴かれる名曲ですね。
「もし一枚の絵が、千の言葉を語れるとしても、僕は君の事を絵に描けない。

もし、出航するとしたら、僕の寄港する場所は君のいる所だけ。
もし、この地球が止まる日が来ても、僕は君と一緒に最期を迎えたい。

というような内容が歌われるラブソング。
このグループは、しっとりとして、それでいて夢の中にいるような浮遊感のある曲が多いので、
