●their 性別不明なので、they で受けている（he or she）
●invoice 送り状、請求書、（税率などを明記する）税額票
●need to ~ ～する必要がある
●send out ～を発送する

●any longer もはや、これ以上
●keep O waiting (C現在分詞、形容詞)
keep は to 不定詞はとれない
