支援物資のあり方
子供の環境を考えるコミュニティで義援金や物資の支援についても話が交わされています。
現時点で、個人の物資支援は、有効でないとの結論です。
理由として、
①細かい物資を仕分けする手が無い。
②使用品は、衛生上問題。被災者の心を惨めにする。
③宅配の輸送路が寸断

首都圏ではガソリンの売切 品切れによるスーパーの閉店が続出しています。
過剰自衛は、一番必要としている被災地への供給低下となり、被災地以外でも弱者と呼ばれる 一人暮らしのお年寄りや病気の方、また子供を抱える親が、生活必需品を買えなくなってしまう現象につながります。
とは、いいながらまったく自衛しないのは、かなり勇気を必要とし多少の生活必需品は備えておきたいという心情が正直なところです。
被災地に近い岩手の姉が、『私たち家族者は普段から備蓄があったから困らないけれど、コンビニをたよりにしている一人暮らしの方々が食べ物に困っている』と言っていました。
バランス感覚をもって必要最低限の備えとする事が大切だと思います。
昨日あったマンション管理人のおばさんがこの現象について言っていました。
『被災地の方々の事を思ったら、東京の私たちなんて少々物が無かろうが、電車が止まろうが、電気が止まろうがなんて事ないわよー まったくー 』

→心を強く保つのは大切！明るく過ごしましょう！
・デマに惑わされない。
→不安の心に付け込まれぬよう、情報を集めましょう。
きっと、あと一週間もすれば、献血が必要になったり、人手が必要になる事もあるでしょう。
求められる事は刻一刻と変わっていくはずです。
冷静に、情報を集める事が大切かと思っています。

stop driving, park at the side of the street
if you have a car, open windows and turn on radio at full sound

check if you have: helmet, a storage of water and emergency provisions, emergency kit, sleeping bag
watch out for broken glass
move to higher ground if you are located near the ocean
check evacuation centers and routes
sleep with your socks on
have shoes ready
close curtains (to prevent shattered glass from scattering)
use towel to keep door from jamming
