かなざわ・まち博2017「金澤『和魂洋才』の食とワイン」＠東山ロベール・デュマにて開催しました。 ＊かなざわ・まち博は、金沢のまち全体を活きたパビリオン、博覧会場に見立て、市民が「まちに出る、まちを知る、まちで遊ぶ」ことを通してまちの魅力を再発見し、金沢を愛する心を育むことを目的とした継続的なまちづくり運動です。（かなざわ・まち博Webサイトhttp://www.machihaku.com/about.htmlより） 北陸の食材を使ったフランス料理に、フランスワインを合わせながら、ワインの楽しみ方、選び方、最近のワイン事情についてお話させて頂きました。 鏑木商舗の九谷ワイングラスに注がれる、マグナムボトルのワインは格別！ 金沢らしいワインと食の楽しみ方を16名の参加者の皆さまにご紹介いたしました。 岩城シェフの素晴らしいお料理と、横浜君嶋屋のワインは素敵なハーモニーを奏でました♪ Kanazawa Machihaku Wine Seminar was held at Higashiyama Robert Dumas. 16 paticipants enjoyed French wine selected by Yuki Hayakawa and French dishes prepared by Chef Iwaki. He used strictly selected local ingredients. They enjoyed eating, drinking and talkig. “Machi Haku” means City Life Expo held in several spots in the center of Kanazawa. It is an exhibition for culture or customs in real life of Kanazawa. Citizens of Kanazawa City will be the leading character of the Expo and reconcider the things that they used to take it for granted.
