I just reviewed your Roon account and it looks like it has only been partially setup, meaning that no Roon license has been attributed to the account. In order to complete this process you will want to do the following:
1.Sign into your Roon account via our website here.
2. In the right-hand corner of the screen select “Try It Free”:
3. Next, select "Start Free Trial"
4. Finally, fill in your credit card information and click “purchase now” to activate.
Our free trials do automatically roll over to paid annual subscriptions once they have completed but do keep in mind that you can cancel your free trial at any time, we automatically remind our customers 3 days before they are charged, and we also have a 30-day no-questions-asked refund policy if you miss the deadline.
