We are thrilled to announce that RUSANJIN ROOM’s custom order service is officially returning to help bring your "ideal outfit" to life!

To ensure closer communication and the highest quality of craftsmanship, we have partially updated our services for this round.

【Service Details】

This is a full-course service where you can handpick every design element, pattern, fabric, and lace to create a one-of-a-kind garment tailored just for you.

■ Base Production Fees

(Includes design and pattern-making. Fabric costs are separate.)

  • Skirt: ＄200～

  • Blouse: ＄200～

  • Dress / Jumper Skirt / Apron: ＄450～

  • Headdress: ＄50～

  • Bonnet: ＄100～

  • Dog Clothes & Bags: Pricing available upon consultation

💡 Notes:

  • If the headwear (headdress/bonnet) uses the exact same fabric as your ordered outfit, you will only be charged the production fee.

  • We do not accept requests to recreate past works.

■ Turnaround Time

Because each piece is carefully handcrafted one by one, production takes time.

  • Garments (General): 6 months or more

  • Headdress (Standalone order): Approx. 1 month

  • Please note: We currently do not offer a "rush order" option. Please apply with plenty of time to spare.

【Order Workflow & Consultation Styles】

Fully Online Style

Recommended for those who live far away or have busy schedules.

  • Design Consultation: We will discuss your desired concepts (images or text) via email. If needed, a Zoom consultation (30 mins+) can also be arranged.

  • Sizing: We will provide instructions on which areas to measure. You can send us your measurements or the finished dimensions of a garment you already own.

  • Fabric Selection: We will suggest fabrics based on your preferences and share them with you via photos or videos.

  • Production & Delivery: Production begins once the design is finalized and payment is received. Your completed item will be shipped to you.

  • Application Period: May 18 – May 24, 2026

  • Email Requirements: Due to the large file sizes involved in sending and receiving design images, mobile carrier emails (e.g., docomo, au, SoftBank) cannot be used. Please use Gmail, Yahoo! Mail, Outlook, etc.

  • If applications exceed capacity, slots will be chosen via lottery. Results will be sent out starting May 25.

⚠️ Important Notices

  • Design Ownership: For final, intricate details (e.g., selecting secondary lace accents), please only apply if you are comfortable leaving these choices up to our designer's creative sensibilities and taste.

  • Please consult with us in advance if you wish to bring your own fabric or lace.

  • Items We Cannot Produce: Sizes 15 (Japanese size) and above, kids' clothing, idol stage costumes, and outerwear (coats, jackets).

  • Design Restrictions: We cannot accept exact copies of other brands, items that infringe on copyright (cosplay, etc.), designs that are overly fantastical, or items requiring specialized processing (pleating, custom printing, etc.).

  • For Male Customers: We can accept orders for skirts and headwear items only.

  • Payment: Generally, full payment is requested before we purchase the fabric. However, installment plans (2 to 4 payments) and credit card payments are also accepted.
