ダスティ・スプリングフィールドさん   1939年生れ　イギリスの女性歌手
1965年第5回サンレモ音楽祭入賞曲 ♪You・Don・t・Have・To・Say・You・Love・Me 「♪この胸のときめきを」 1970年までの約10年間 18曲ものヒットチャート入りを果たしました 彼女のハスキーヴォイスはまるで 黒人ボーカリストのような感性を持ち 「白人ソウルの女王」　とも称されました

1994年アルバム 「A・Very・Fine・Love」の発表後まもなく ダスティさんは乳ガンと診断され・・・ 手術を受け一時は快方に・・・ しかし　1997年に再発し 1999年　59歳で この世を去りました・・・
