On March 20, 2019, at K169+200 meters of the Taian-Qingdao-Weihai natural gas pipeline, a natural gas leakage explosion and fire accident occurred. The accident caused no casualties and direct economic losses of 9.051643 million yuan.

• On June 10, 2018, a leakage and explosion accident occurred in the Shazi section of the PetroChina natural gas pipeline in Qinglong County, Guizhou. After several rounds of on-site search and rescue and visits overnight, no deaths were found. At present, 24 wounded have been hospitalized for treatment, including critical 3 people are in serious condition, 5 people are in critical condition, and 16 people are in critical condition.

• At 14:51 on July 4, 2017, a gas leak occurred during the construction of Fanhua Road, Ningjiang District, Songyuan City. The gas company exploded during emergency repairs, killing a total of 5 people and hospitalizing 89 people, including 14 Seriously injured, causing direct economic losses of 44.19 million yuan.
The harm caused by gas leakage is very huge. In my country, gas transportation usually adopts the method of deep burial of pipelines to weaken the aging phenomenon, and to a certain extent avoid the phenomenon of leakage caused by aging, but slowing down the aging of pipelines usually does not play a decisive role. Today, with the rapid development of the Internet of Things, isn't there a way to achieve remote supervision, early warning, and early disposal?


In recent years, with the continuous development of the Internet of Things technology, sensors are used to monitor pipelines, and data transmission equipment is used to report the status information collected by sensors. Once information is leaked, the information is immediately transmitted to the monitoring equipment, and the monitoring equipment can start an alarm. Procedures, timely maintenance and treatment of leaking pipelines, so that the occurrence of gas explosions can be avoided to a large extent, how is remote management realized?

The principle is to use the management platform to manage the data at the remote end. Within the coverage of the 4G network, use the 4G DTU to remotely upload the data to the management platform, and the platform is responsible for centralized processing. Use the digital transmission station to transmit the data to the coverage of the 4G network, and then use the 4G DTU to transmit the data, and finally realize the data access to the Internet and achieve the purpose of remote management.
