なんちゃってエッセイ ④ fatigue of my waist

Recently, I often hold a cushion and balance ball or status of lying down.
近頃は、クッションとバランスボールを抱えるか、うつ伏せの状態が多い。
It seems to be Ω-shaped from side view.
その姿勢は横から見ると、Ω _ オメガ の形のように見える。
In short, it has an effect to train the muscles of the back,
要するに、背中の筋肉を鍛える効果があり、
and relieve fatigue of waist.
腰の疲労を和らげてくれる。

 

 

自分だと、三割くらい空気を抜いている。

 

なんちゃって エッセイ ③　嗚呼、Bootcamp

 

 

 

The drill sergeants are strict to recruits.
その鬼教官は新兵達に厳しく接する。
And then a tense atmosphere could be felt everywhere in the bootcamp.
その後、緊張感がブートキャンプにみなぎる。
It's a measure to prevent accidents.
それは事故防止につながる。
An excellent soldier is very calm and makes good decisions under pressure.
優れた兵士はプレッシャー下においても、冷静で優れた判断力を有する。

 

自分は中古2,000円ほどで購入。

懸垂台にて、付属品のゴムの吊り輪を、

くくり付けて運動していたら、

半年ほどで切れてしまった。

現在はホームセンターで買ってきた

荷物用のゴムひもで代用。

 

なんちゃってエッセイ ② Let's choose the study method


 Even if you says to study English as diverse approach.
英語の勉強法といっても多岐に渡ります。
You can not study efficiently unless you select it according to your current abilities.
現在の実力に合わせて選ばないと効率的な勉強ができません。
In my case, I feel that reading and writing English essays is necessary.
私の場合だと、英語のエッセイの読み書きが必要だと感じています。
In addition, I'm learning English conversation.
加えて英会話を学んでいます。
I think that the important point is my reply from the other's question.
重要なのは、相手の問いに対する私の返答だと思います。
If I see these examples, I classify the collected English sentences into three folders.
こうした例を見かけた場合、私は収集した英文を、

三つのフォルダに分類　しています。

 

 

 

１_ よく売れたためか、中古で百円ほどと格安。

　しかも400ページ超え。文字の大きさも丁度よい。

２_ 難しい単語とかはなく、スイスイ読めてしまう。

３_ しかも対訳方式なんで、辞書引きする必要性はゼロ。

４_ いわゆる日本人英語とか、複雑になりがちな

　　イギリス英語からの脱却に良い。

５_ アメリカ人が書いた書なので、不自然さがゼロ。
