It has always been busy on any weekends for my kind of business thus for this particular occasion happened on Sunday, as usual, I was way late that I could barely catch up with the last performance of Sotoba Komachi only. The good thing was the ticket which was a bribe from a business client therefore it was free. And I at least could enjoy the main feature from its beginning. Well, not really could I enjoy it in the beginning right after a five minutes rush from subway station under rain shower though my gasp itself would be absorbed into the desolated highway to the medieval Koya asylum as soon as Lady Komachi appeared in front of me. Surreal.
しかし梅若玄祥が纏う老小町の能面、まるで千と千尋の顔なし、というか能面と師匠の顔のサイズが違いすぎて苦笑。昔の人、というか縄文系が多かったと思われる古の芸人風情には能面サイズがぴったりな小顔が多かったんやろか。つくづく古来大陸から齎されるものにろくなモノは無い証左。
